Kimberly D. Levi is a native Texan with a passion for excellence in serving her extensive family law clientele. Ms. Levi graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1993 and opened her law practice in 1994.

Ms. Levi has 25 years of experience fighting for the rights of those in need in the family law arena. She has represented men, women, and children from all walks of life in myriad complex legal scenarios. She welcomes challenges and relishes the opportunity to win “against the odds”. She has a passion for helping others and makes a point in every case to help her clients move forward toward the healthiest and most successful resolution possible.

Ms. Levi has been an active member of the Houston Bar Association Family Law Section, comprised of nearly 500 members, since 2005, including serving for almost a decade on the Board of Directors.  Her service on the Board culminated with her election to Chair of the Section for the years of 2013-2014. She is also active with the Burta Rhoades Raborn American Family Law Inn of Court, the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the College of the State Bar of Texas, Family Lawyers of Texas and other organizations dedicated to excellence in the practice of law in general and family law specifically.  Ms. Levi has been invited to make presentations at various Continuing Legal Education seminars as well as being invited to teach The People’s Law School at the University of Houston Law Center and various other classes to law students and practicing attorneys alike.  She also serves as a Director on the Law Center’s Alumni Association Board and is an active member of the Law Center’s Dean’s Society.   When not devoting time to the foregoing interests, Ms. Levi also enjoys mentoring young legal professionals who desire to have successful practices in the area of family law.

When Ms. Levi is not engaged in the practice of law, she enjoys cooking with her husband, Bill, and tending the multiple gardens they share that contain vegetables, orchids, succulents, tropicals, and bromeliads.
